1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
3. Return Process

Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.
Ship the item to our return address provided during the return authorization process.
4. Refunds
We strictly operate a NO REFUNDS POLICY. If we review and decide to initiate a refund, Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
